When I call I get a real person and not a computer and the gal that answers the phone always remembers me. The hygienist is so friendly and careful and does a great job. "Having that I just recently moved here, this meant I had to leave my old dentist and hunt for a new one :( I wasn't excited and honestly, a little bit scared, to have to go to find a new dentist group. I relied on the very few reviews that were written and decided to see Dr. Templeman. His office staff are very friendly and helpful. My appointment was easy to come by, I called on a Tuesday and they had an opening the next day so I took it. (Also, not sure if this matters to other people, but an actual person will answer the phone and you don't have to go through some automated mess.)
Dr. Templeman is awesome. He did a great job making me feel comfortable and was gentle while cleaning/checking my teeth. There's also the adult goody-bag with the free toothbrush, toothpaste and floss! I usually get really excited about that (weird, right?) but I only needed floss :P I'm glad some people wrote reviews or else I would not have known about his office. I definitely recommend going to see Dr. Templeman!

"Great experience. Everyone in the office was very relaxed, upbeat and professional, and I got a great exam, xrays and cleaning. As I strongly suspected I didn't have any cavities and just needed the cleaning, I was happy when Dr. Templeman confirmed that. Too many dentists these days are using TV cameras with magnification to show people small cracks in their teeth and sell them fillings, root canals, etc. they probably do not need. Thankfully, this is NOT Dr. Templeman's way of treating patients. So happy to have found a good dentist who I trust after moving here several months ago!" ~Zelda S.
